| As part of its "The Food Programme", "Radio 4" of BBC in London aired a show that explained the difference between industrially produced chocolate and the speciality product made by Amedei. The reporter and editor of the programme, Dan Saladino, made the trip to Pontedera to meet and interview Cecilia Tessieri. Saladino also spoke with William Curley, 2007 winner of the Academy of Chocolate's title of Best British Chocolatier, and Chloé Doutre-Roussel, respected authority on chocolate, who confirmed the growing appeal that Amedei chocolate is currently enjoying across England. |
